Best Shrimp Scampi Recipe

There are many different ways to prepare shrimp scampi dishes. However, some recipes are preferred over the others. Nonetheless, people who love seafood will relish shrimp scampi dishes. So, here are a couple of best shrimp scampi recipes that you can share with your family.

Recipe 1:
For this best shrimp scampi recipe, you will need one pound of raw, shelled and deveined shrimp, 3/4 cup of white wine, 2 tablespoons of margarine, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 tablespoon of parsley flakes, 1/2 of unsalted butter and some grated Parmesan cheese.

In a skillet, heat the white wine, margarine, olive oil, butter and minced garlic. Once the mixture starts bubbling, add the parsley flakes and paprika. Then add the shrimp. Ensure that you keep stirring constantly. Allow the shrimp to cook until it turns pink. This should take around 4 to 5 minutes. Once the shrimp turns pink, remove onto a serving dish and garnish it with Parmesan and serve immediately.

Recipe 2:
Here you will need one pound of raw, shelled and deveined shrimp, 1/2 cup of dry white wine, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 1/2 cup of chopped parsley, one pound of fettuccine, salt and pepper.

Boil water in a large pan and cook the fettuccine pasta until al dente. In the mean time, take a pan, and over medium heat add the olive oil and sauté the shrimp. Remove the shrimp after two minutes and set aside. In the same pan, add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, white wine and salt. Cook for around a minute, and then add the butter. Now add the shrimp and ensure it is coated well. Now take a bowl, add the cooked fettuccine and add the shrimp. Toss the pasta well. Garnish with chopped parsley.
