Good Recipe For Strawberry Pie

Here is a good recipe for strawberry pie:
Ingredients:
Strawberries
Frozen raspberries
Sugar
Blackberry jam
Unflavored gelatin
Allow the frozen raspberries to defrost. Then strain and remove the seeds. To this add sugar and blackberry jam, and heat until the mixture thickens. Make a jelly with unflavored gelatin and warm water. Add it to the thickened raspberry sauce. Refrigerate the mixture until it turns into a gel. Then add cut strawberries into the gelatinized raspberry sauce.
In the mean time, make the shortbread crust by putting the flour, salt and sugar into a blender. Run the blender until all the ingredients mix well together. Then add the butter until the flour forms clumps. Now put this crust into a 9-inch pan. Press the crust well into the bottom as well as the sides. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, and then transfer to a pre-heated oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow the crust to become golden brown.
Once the pie shell cools down, put the strawberries and gelatinized raspberry sauce into the shell. Transfer the pie to the refrigerator to set. This will take around 3 hours.
You can serve the strawberry pie with some fresh cream, or with whipped cream.
