Low fat apple and strawberry latte recipe includes organic espresso, a tablespoon of low sugar, apple syrup, strawberry syrup, one tablespoon of cinnamon powder and three-fourth cup of low fat steamed milk. These amounts of ingredients are sufficient for one person.
Espresso with steamed milk and all low fat syrups are mixture together using an electronic blender. After blending the mixture, cinnamon powder is used to garnish the drink. The drink is tasty as well as energetic.
Another low fat apple walnut latte recipe requires organic espresso with one tablespoon of sugar, apple as well as walnut. One tablespoon of cinnamon powder is also required to garnish. Around three-fourth cup of low fat skimmed milk is also used as solvent.
In a blender container, the required amount of skimmed milk, espresso, and syrups are added. Blend until all the ingredients are mixed well together. At the end, a little amount of cinnamon powder is used as garnish.
A combination of apple with walnut and a little touch of cinnamon give a wonderful taste.
The only difference from the above mentioned recipe is the change of flavor.
