One good thing about these methods is that they do not require any ingredient which is not easily available. In fact, almost all of them can be found in a kitchen. The amounts of ingredients mentioned are sufficient for seasoning 4 to 6 hamburgers.

In the first method, the major ingredient is paprika. The amount taken is 2 teaspoons. One and a half teaspoons of ground black pepper is added to it. One and a quarter teaspoons of salt is also added to the above. However, salt is added as per the taste required. Half teaspoon of dark brown sugar as well as one fourth teaspoon of garlic powder is mixed. After that, one fourth teaspoon of onion powder and ground cayenne pepper is added respectively.

The second method consists of using A-1 Steak Sauce. Take around 2 teaspoons of the sauce and another 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. Half teaspoon of garlic salt, onion powder and pepper are added and mixed to the above mentioned ingredients.

The third method includes 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 3 ounces of quick oats, fresh ground black pepper and sea salt.

Another method contains three-fourth teaspoon of salt and one-eighth of pepper. Butter, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce are taken in a ratio of 2:1:1:0.5 tablespoons respectively.
