Vitamins and n minerals are required for the body for several growth functions and over all maintenance. They also play an important role by conducting small processes that help in digestion ad proper functioning of the organs in the body.

Human beings meet their everyday vitamin demands from eating or consuming natural resources. Every single plant or vegetable grown is a rich source of some vitamin or the other. Vitamins are also found in dry fruits and herbs. Animals and plants also depend on vitamins for their growth and that is why we find it in them. For everyday consumption vitamins C and D are very important. Vitamin B has 6 sub categories of vitamins in them and all of which are found in various vegetables and fruits.
