Ideal Protein Diet

An ideal protein diet is something that has a mixture of protein and other essential vitamins and minerals also required for the body. The Ideal Protein Diet we are talking about was developed by a doctor by the name of Tran Tien Chanh, MD, PhD, and was commercially sold.

The Ideal Protein Diet consists of all the meals one needs to have on a daily basis. This diet claims to aide in weight loss for people who have it. This diet claims to build muscles, bones and tissues and only use the body fat for promoting weight loss. Also this diet is helpful in treating obesity and related diseases.

The doctor who developed this diet was mainly into treating obesity. Over the years of experience that he gathered he leveraged on it to develop this diet plan. He believed that the main problem with weight gain is because improper functioning of the insulin. Also, when humans take a lot of carbohydrates in their diet or sugars and sodium, it promotes the weight gain process. A protein rich diet will not have any of these ingredients and that is why it is good to have it for weight loss. This particular diet has high protein, low fat and low carbohydrates and it also includes a lot of leafy vegetables and lean proteins.

The diet has been divided into four phases. The first phase has protein drinks and also suggests eating lean protein along with leafy vegetables. The person is also advised to take supplements in the first phase. The first phase lasts for six weeks. The second phase is for two weeks and the person is allowed two meals with élan meat. This phase also includes the protein packs. The third phase and the fourth phase are also very similar and last for one week each.
