The pineapple fruit is only 85 calories and it is loaded with all these beneficial minerals and vitamins. Pineapple is also one of the best sources of Vitamin C. Most of the calories in the fruit come from natural sugars which are again easily digestible. Sugar converts into instant energy and pineapple is a good fruit to have in summers.
