Applebee's diet plan is very popular because it provides a very tasty and a low calorie meal also. The weight watchers diet lets people enjoy their food and also does not give them a feeling that they are sacrificing anything. Theweight watchers diet has a wide choice to choose from. This diet has become very famous because of the ease of use and also its effectiveness. Also, the weight watchers advise people to stop cleaning out the plate completely.

Eat as much as you can from your plate and leave if you cannot eat more. Most of the meals on the menu are under the 550 calories mark. Also, when you browse through the menu you will notice a flag that allows you to grab quick attention of the lowest calorie meals.

Most of the meals have vegetable side dishes. For example, grilled shrimp with rice and vegetable.

  • Grilled citrus chicken salad along with greens 
  • Tomato basil soup 
  • Chicken portabella sandwich with fruit 
  • Teriyaki shrimp with rice pilaf and vegetable 

Mesquite chicken salad. This main dish has the least amount of calories out of all the main dishes at 200 calories
