1/4 cup Sherry
2 tablespoons sugar
5 minced cloves of garlic
1 cup Red wine
2 tablespoons hot sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced ginger
8 to 10 green onions, sliced thinly
Steak of your choice
Mix the Sherry, wine, soy sauce, hot sauce and sugar together. Then add the green onions, ginger and garlic. Stir the mixture well.
Place the steak in a shallow bottom dish and pour the above mixture over it. Allow the steak to marinate for around 2 hours in the fridge. After that, cook the steak over a medium hot grill and use the sauce to baste it constantly until done.
