Medium takes 160 degrees F of heating, and 7-9 minutes of searing each side, and the steaks will be well done on the outside with a reddish pink center.
Medium-well consumes 8-10 minutes of searing each side at a temperature of 165 degrees F with your steaks giving a light hint of pink in the center. It should be cooked almost all the way through, and finally well-done steaks shall be heated at 170 degrees F, and should take 9-11 minutes of searing of each side. Your steak gives no sign of red or pink meat as it is fully cooked.
