Frying T Bone Steak

You can do it in two ways either on an electric cook top or on your gas burner. The process is simple. Keep a pan on top of it and let it get hot .Do not add oil or butter. Once it starts heating, prepare your steaks by rubbing oil and paprika if possible. Place the first one and the next after a couple of minutes. Slowly the blood will start oozing out of the steak. Once you see that, turn those to the other side and fry it. You can flatten them with the end of a tongs, however never pierce them.

Once they turn fully caramelized, turn the heat off. It has to be tender and must look good. A good steak preferably a T bone steak should be selected properly. What we suggest you is that you opt for a USDA prime meat. It will be tender and might have moisture content. While selecting the meat, ensure that there is enough of fat to the meat. You can also opt for a dry one which is basically dry beef which might have been stored in a dry room for months.

In case you want to grill the T bone we can help you with it. Before frying marinate it well by placing it in the refrigerator for a good 24 hrs. This would further tender the meat. Allow it to settle in the room temperature, wash it off and dry it completely. Preheat the grill and brush some oil so that it flows on the grill. Cut the meat and place it on the grill. Place it at a time when it starts to smoke a bit. Keep turning as this will prevent it from burning. Once grilled cover it with a foil and remove it just minutes before you prepare the dressing and serve instantly.
